My lesson plans are tailored to your individual goals. We’ll work together toward clearer, more confident, and expressive speech, with progress supported by practice between sessions. I will send voice recordings of the material we work on so you can practice during the week. Ten minutes a day is better than fifty minutes once a week—but I understand that life gets busy. Practice when you can, and we’ll make the most of our time together in each lesson.
FAQS
- Lesson length: Each lesson is 55 minutes. Any additional time is offered at my discretion and depends on my schedule.
- Cancellations: There’s no charge if you let me know before the scheduled start time—even on the same day.
- Missed lessons: A lesson missed without advance notice is charged at the regular rate or deducted from a prepaid package.
- Late arrivals: Lessons end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. Please send me a quick message if you’re running behind.
- If you haven’t arrived or contacted me, I will wait 15 minutes after our scheduled start time, then leave Zoom and consider it a missed lesson.
- Payment and packages: Payment is due the day before the start of each package. I will continue to honor lessons that have been paid for in advance even if you need to take a break from our classes. I cannot offer refunds unless I myself am unable to continue our classes.
- Be sure to check your connection, microphone, and camera beforehand. If there is a connection problem, I will be happy to reschedule a first occurrence with no extra charge.
- If I need to cancel, I will give you as much advance notice as possible, and we will arrange another time for our class. The cancelled lesson will not be charged or deducted from your package.
- If I am more than 15 minutes late without contacting you, you may consider the lesson cancelled. That lesson will remain in your package, and I will add one complimentary lesson.
